To celebrate the life of the Scottish poet Robert Burns with a traditional Piper, Scottish themed three course Lunch, followed by tea & coffee.

Starters

Mussels, Smoked Bacon & Leeks
Winter salad of smoked pigeon, black pudding, apple and roasted walnuts
Roasted root vegetable & pearl barley broth, prsley & thyme dumpling

Mains

Roast shoulder of mutton, haggis, roast carrots, neeps & tatties, rich gravy
Roast topside of beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal veg and gravy
Baked fillet of cod, crushed new potatoes, wilted spinach, prawn sauce
Isle of mull cheddar, spring onion and leek bake, saute potato and pickled mushroom salad

Dessert

Orange marmalade & malt whiskey sponge, clotted cream
Highland lavender and wild honey set cream, toasted oat and poppy seed cake
Cranachan with fresh raspberries & Drambuie
Selection of Scottish cheese, celery, grapes, chutney, oatcakes
