All rates are per person per night (minimum two) inclusive of full English Breakfast and VAT.

Single occupancy of a room £35 per night supplement. One night stays £10 per person surcharge (not usually available at weekends. Reservations amended to Saturday night will carry a surcharge).
Rates apply with the exception of Christmas, New Year and Easter (please ask for special tariff). Children (8 - 16) sharing parents’ accommodation £20.00 per night including breakfast. Children under 8 charged for meals as taken. Children in their own room are charged at the full adult rate.
Dinner is available in the restaurant and booking is advised. We are pleased to provide children's portions or requests for specific dishes. It is helpful if guests who have special dietary requirements contact reception before arrival. Vegetarian dishes are available on all menus.
Minimum of two nights at the weekend, which is Friday and Saturday.
Midweek rates Sunday to Thursday.
Golfers should use the golf breaks inclusive tariff.
Rates may be changed at any time with the exception of reservations confirmed with a deposit.
Terms and conditions and details of surcharges shown on the golf tariff are also applicable to the bed and breakfast tariff.

Terms and Conditions
Double or Twin Room for Single Occupancy £35 supplement per night subject to availability Prices are per person per night and are inclusive of accommodation, full English breakfast, three course dinner and vat. Prices are for a minimum of two nights, for a one night stay add £10 per person. A one night stay is not available on Saturday, ammended reservations to only a Saturday night will carry a surcharge.
Confirmations - A non refundable deposit of £30 per person is required to confirm accommodation and reserve any tee times.For parties of 8 or more Full Payment is required 28 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 28 days prior to arrvial must be paid for in full when making the reservation for accommodation or golf. No refunds can be made for inclusive meals not taken unless 24 hours notice is given. Cancellations on the day are charged for in full. No refunds can be made on inclusive golf breaks due to inclement weather conditions. The management will offer alternative tee times where possible during your stay if they close the course. Thorpeness Hotel reserves the right to change the tariff at any time with the exception of bookings confirmed with a deposit.
Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made up to 28 days before arrival will be charged for in full less breakfast and dinner charges. Reservations made less than 28 days prior to arrival must pay in full on booking. Any cancellations made between 28 and 14 days prior to arrival are charged in full less meals. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival must pay in full on booking. Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are charged in full including meal allowance. In the event of cancelled accommodation being resold Thorpeness will refund all charges applicable to the person/organiser who made the reservation.
A Handicap Certificate is required to play the course. The Professional should be advised on any member of a party that does not have a handicap. This may effect tee times.
