Meetings and conferences
Thorpeness is an ideal choice for conferences and meetings. It offers a peaceful environment where delegates will be truly receptive and inspired well away from the hustle and bustle of the normal workplace.
We can accommodate meetings at the hotel from 2 to 50 delegates in our Library on the ground floor or the Lakeside Suite which overlooks the garden.
The Sea-facing Country Club can accommodate meetings of up to 200 persons. It has plenty of natural daylight and its two floors offer flexibility and privacy. It has a spacious garden ideal for setting up team building activities or for an informal barbeque at lunch time. We have all the modern equipment you may require including an LCD projector, TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi (at the hotel), P A System (at the Country Club) and we can offer secretarial services at a small charge.
Our aim is to ensure your event runs smoothly, on time, and all your needs and expectations are met first time and every time. Our events co-ordinator will liaise with you to make sure we have all the information we need to look after you and your colleagues/attendees. On the day, one of the management team will greet you and look after you throughout your event with us.
